We recently stayed at a charming historic hotel, where we felt welcome and taken care of. the staff were fantastic, always greeting us and answering any questions we had. the location was perfect, right in the heart of town with easy access to historic monuments and local restaurants. We were impressed with our spacious room, which had a comfortable bed, pristine bathroom, and a great view. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast each morning that was included in our stay. we had a wonderful experience at this hotel.

The Wi-Fi connection was quite slow, and we had difficulty accessing it at times.

The hotel's history and attached museum were fascinating, and the staff were friendly and helpful in answering all our questions. Our room was well-equipped with air conditioning and a big-screen TV, and the restaurant served delicious food.

As for me, the staff of this hotel is the best aspect. They assisted me with directions and concerns in a very hospitable and informative way. The hotel facilities are clean and well-maintained. Also, the breakfast served is tasty and satisfying.

All was good.

Room cleanliness was subpar. Front desk staff was unhelpful and unprofessional when addressing the cleanliness issue.
